Hey folks! Today's topic is "Mbps vs MBps"

Miru chala sarlu experience chese untaru edaina file download lo pettinapudu mee internet speed kante chala low speed tho download avvadam. Adentoo telskovalani ankunevallu idhi chadvadam continue cheyandi..
General ga Internet speed ni Mbps tho indicate chestharu..
Mbps stands for Megabits per second and MBps stands for MegaBytes per second.
E rendu similar ga ne anpisthay but Mbps is used to specify Internet connection speed, whereas MBps is used to specify how much of a file is downloaded/uploaded per second.
Lower-case “b” – Mbps indicates Internet speed.
Upper-case “B” – MBps indicates amount of file data transferred per second.
So 1 second ki enni bytes data upload/download avthundo telskovadanki:
-take your Mbps and divide by 8, that will give you your MBps
-then divide your file size by your MBps.
For Example, Internet connection speed 50Mbps ankondi
50/8=6MBps(approx) [1MB=8 bits]
and file size 30MB ankondi
30/6=5(seconds)
So the file will be downloaded in 5 secs if you have 50 Mbps.
And manam Internet purchase chesetapudu 25Mbps plan ani tiskuntam.
25MB per second download avthadi ani ankuntam but edaina file download lo pedithe manaki 3MBps speed tho avthadi
Because 1MB = 8bits kabatti
25mbps/8 = 3MBps(approx)
So vallaki 25 Mbps(Mega bits per sec) ante manaki 3 MBps(MegaByte per sec)
Idhi annamata!!
I hope this might be helpful.
